A partnership which lasting six years.

Europ Assistance, a well-known French insurance company specializing in private care, once again choose the expertise and professionalism of intarget: a leading digital marketing company led by the CEO Nicola Tanzini.

The agency will be entrusted with the management of tracking activities and the implementation of the digital analytics system by identifying and defining the main key business KPIs.

We are working since more than six years with intarget, – comments Michele Petrilli, head of direct channels of Europ Assistance Italy. Thanks to their technical expertise, today we are able to have a clear view of the performance of our direct sales channels, whether digital or not, following an omnichannel approach.
The action plan ongoing for Europ Assistance foresees the definition, tracking optimization and their constant monitoring in order to obtain a 360-degree analysis of the actions taken and the evaluation of future opportunities.
