In the context of agency growth, intarget is looking for a new Art Director to help with the creation of communication projects related to advertising and digital.
The figure’s job will be to generate creative ideas with a particular focus on visual output: s/he must be able to define a creative concept, develop it, and give it a shape in respect to the brief.
Furthermore, s/he will be a point of reference for the agency’s creative development: s/he will assist the definition of creative concepts, develop them by defining applications, activities and expressive modes, and s/he will be in charge of the creative production phase.

Main requirements:

  • At least 3 years of cross-media experience (from digital to offline) as an Art Director with national and international clients;
  • Experience in running all the phases of a project: from the creativity to the production;
  • Expertise and cross-training in many visual communication media, formats, tools, and techniques;
  • Deep knowledge of the main social platforms and related creative formats;
  • Figma or similar tools use;
  • Good knowledge of Suite Adobe;
  • Capability to create a moodboard, do benchmark and reference research, and gain useful insights for creative thinking;
  • Orientation toward data and the enhancement of client performance;
  • Knowledge of the technical constraintsof developing a desktop/mobile/app interface;
  • Capacity for communication and conflict resolution with members of the creative team, colleagues from other departments, external suppliers, and customers;
  • Planning and managing autonomy;
  • Knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum B2).
